Christian Dithmarschen was once challenged by the renowned showman Kurt Felix to attempt a new world record by playing J. S. Bach on his violin while cycling a distance of several km -- pedaling backwards. With his music stand in the seat post, Dithmarschen covered a distance of 60.45 km. Among the surprises? Dithmarschen was astonished by the quality of the sound produced inside motorway tunnels along the route.
