At a recent [bridge] game, the auction concluded and the player who was supposed to be declarer made the opening lead. To compound the problem, the defender to the left of declarer, seeing the opening lead on the table, put his hand on the table thinking he was the dummy... [Presumably the director applied an artificial adjusted score.]
