Cookie Cutter?




Having developed what many regard as the perfect cookie, Debbi Fields began to seek investment capital for the development of a cookie business. She had some difficulty.
"A cookie store is a bad idea," she was told. "Besides, the market research reports say America likes crispy cookies, not soft and chewy cookies like you make."
