One morning in 2007, Sergeant Podge, a cat from Bournemouth, England, disappeared. He was soon discovered two kilometers away, waiting for someone on the sidewalk. The next night, Podge disappeared again and turned up in the same place the following morning, waiting again, at the same time and place to be picked up. Ms. Bullard quickly learned to pick up her feline after driving her son to school, as well as on weekends and school holidays.
