"Mr Sims, an eccentric millionaire who took me on a trip to Europe,
on arriving in Paris hired three cars," William Aughinbaugh once recalled, "one upholstered in grey, to go with a grey suit, a second in blue, to go with a blue suit, and a third in brown, for a brown suit. The driver of each car was to be appropriately clad. Each morning the three cars would come to the hotel to await his
pleasure. Sims would make his choice according to which suit his whim
had indicated for that day. If he changed at noon we would shift cars."
