To mark the tenth anniversary of The Book of Heroic Failures, Stephen Pile, founder of the "Not Terribly Good Club of Great Britain," wrote a book entitled Cannibals in the Cafeteria. "Only when the festivities were in full swing, celebrating a splendid decade," Pile later recalled, "did the author notice that the original book in fact came out nine years ago."
