The evil plastic surgeon Dr. Cesarean (who installs exploding nitroglycerin breast implants). Among Stripperella's crime-fighting powers? A lie-detecting chest, the "scissorella" (a move in which an opponent's head is squeezed between her thighs until he is rendered unconscious), a "hairachute," and glass-cutting nipples.
